1931 Gallery Bistro is a new and unique dining experience located in the iconic Vancouver Art Gallery. Named to honour the founding year, 1931 highlights its historical site through a recently renovated 120 seat licensed outdoor patio space overlooking Robson Square as well as a vibrant interior dining room.
Inspired by the cultural landscape of Vancouver and its peoples is a menu of West Coast fusion dishes, serving modern dishes and cocktails in a minimalist space. Our Bistro pays tribute to eight decades of cultural significance, exhibiting contemporary culinary innovations.
All proceeds of 1931 Gallery Bistro go to support the Vancouver Art Gallery, a not for profit museum dedicated to the arts.
