The British Columbia Organization of Caribbean Cultural Associations, also known as BCOCCA, was incorporated in April 2000 as a registered non-profit society in the province of British Columbia.
BCOCCA is dedicated to providing cross-cultural understanding, acceptance, and interaction between peoples of diverse nationalities and heritage.
